Maintenance Management

  • Ensure adequate concierge service is available at all times, if required

  • Write, negotiate and award maintenance and monitoring contracts for emergency interventions (elevators, plumbing, etc.).

  • Subcontracting of cleaning, landscaping and snow removal services.

  • Development of a preventive renovation and repair plan.

  • Visual inspection of common areas on a monthly basis

  • Monitoring of maintenance and renovation work.

  • Verification of the building maintenance register.

  • Analysis of requests for work in private areas.
