Administrative Management

  • Keep the syndicate register and information relating to co-ownership up to date.

  • Prepare any document required by the board of directors.

  • Regular communications with co-owners (reports, information, etc.)

  • Reception, transmission and processing of requests from co-owners to the board of directors.

  • Recruitment and management of personnel under the aegis of the board of directors.

  • Monitoring of contracts necessary for the operation and protection of the building, particularly in terms of insurance (expiration and extent of guarantees).
