Keep the syndicate register and information relating to co-ownership up to date.
Prepare any document required by the board of directors.
Regular communications with co-owners (reports, information, etc.)
Reception, transmission and processing of requests from co-owners to the board of directors.
Recruitment and management of personnel under the aegis of the board of directors.
Monitoring of contracts necessary for the operation and protection of the building, particularly in terms of insurance (expiration and extent of guarantees).
